Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may need to return or request a refund for a service or product. Here is our policy for returns and refunds:

Returns:

  • Customers may request to return a product within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Customers may request to return a service within 14 days of completion if the service was not completed to their satisfaction.
  • If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for returning the product or service to our location at their own expense.
  • The customer will be refunded the full amount of the product or service, minus any shipping or handling fees, once the return is received and inspected.

Refunds:

  • Customers may request a refund for a product within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Customers may request a refund for a service within 14 days of completion if the service was not completed to their satisfaction.
  • If a refund is approved, the customer will be refunded the full amount of the product or service, minus any shipping or handling fees.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returns and refunds for services may not be approved if the customer has caused damage to their electrical system or property through misuse or neglect.
